These terms govern the use of the websites aurikcode.com and mylifeinstructionmanual.com and the purchase of our products, operated by Gabriel Itzcovichs (Argentina). For any question, write to us at privacy@codigoaurico.com. By using the site, requesting the free service (demo), or making a purchase, you accept these terms.
The Life Manual (also called the Aurik Code) is a personalized digital report we create for you from the birth data you provide (date, time, and place). It is a personal-development product, informational and reflective in nature. The quality of the result depends on the accuracy of the data you enter; you are responsible for ensuring that data is correct.
Prices are shown on the site before you confirm your purchase and include the currency and amount applicable to your region. Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. MercadoPago and PayPal, plus transfer methods depending on the country). We do not store your card details. If a manual payment method (transfer, alias, Bizum, Wise, Revolut) is not confirmed, we may cancel the order.
The Manual is a digital product. Once payment is confirmed, we get to work on your Manual and email it to you, normally within 5 business days. If there is a longer delay, we will let you know. Make sure the email you enter is correct and check your spam or promotions folder.
We offer a 60-day guarantee: if you receive your Manual, read it honestly, and feel it does not describe you, write to privacy@codigoaurico.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you. The guarantee activates only after you have received and read the Manual.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the Manual is personalized digital content that we begin preparing after your purchase, by confirming the order you expressly request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that, once we begin, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect the satisfaction guarantee described above or your statutory consumer rights.
Some services are offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, "The Pulse": personalized readings by email). By subscribing: (a) the first period may be free (a "gift month"); (b) at the end of each period the subscription renews automatically at your plan's current price, shown before you subscribe and on your manage page; (c) we email you before the first charge; (d) you can change plan, pause or cancel at any time from the link included at the bottom of every email — cancellation stops renewal and content continues until the end of the period already paid (or of the free period). Payments are processed by PayPal or MercadoPago depending on your region. If a charge fails, we keep the service running for a short grace period and then pause it without penalty. If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, each period's personalized content begins to be produced at your express request when you subscribe; you may cancel renewal at any time as described above. The birth data you enter is used solely to generate your personalized content (see the Privacy Policy).
7.1. The Life Manual (also called Aurik Code) is a self-knowledge, personal-development, reflection and entertainment product, based on the synthesis of three symbolic and ancient-wisdom systems: Human Design, Gene Keys and Numerology. Its content is interpretive and reflective in nature.
7.2. The product does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or any other professional advice, diagnosis, prognosis or treatment, and does not replace consultation with a licensed professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical, mental or emotional condition. It must not be used to make health, legal, financial or other decisions that require professional advice.
7.3. The creator and operator does not present himself as a psychologist, physician or health professional, and does not perform acts reserved to those professions. Use of the product does not create any professional, therapeutic, medical, psychological, advisory or care relationship between the user and the operator or its creator.
7.4. If you need professional help or are experiencing psychological or emotional distress, please consult a licensed health professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country.
The site, its content, trademarks, and the format of the Manual are our property and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your Manual for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content for commercial purposes without our authorization.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: enter third-party data without consent, attempt to breach the site's security, automate requests abusively, or use the service for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
10.1. Assumption of risk and sole responsibility of the user. The user acknowledges and agrees that the use of the content, as well as any decision, action or omission taken on the basis of it, is the user's entire, sole and complete responsibility. The user is solely responsible for interpreting the content and for the consequences of any decisions made. The content is provided for personal reflection and not as an instruction, recommendation or directive of conduct.
10.2. "As is" provision and no warranties. The service and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, completeness or fitness of the content for any particular purpose, and does not warrant any specific result from its use. Symbolic interpretations are inherently subjective and do not constitute scientifically verifiable statements of fact.
10.3. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, emotional distress or moral damage, anguish, conflicts, disputes or breakdowns in personal, family, romantic or work relationships, nor for personal, romantic, health, financial or any other decisions that the user makes on their own based on reading or interpreting the content, even if the operator was advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4. Sole remedy and liability cap. The user's sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the product shall be the refund of the amount actually paid, in accordance with the Satisfaction Guarantee (clause 5). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total and aggregate liability for any claim related to the product or the site shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the product giving rise to the claim. With respect to the free experience (demo), as no payment is made, there shall be no obligation to provide monetary compensation of any kind.
10.5. Indemnification. The user shall hold harmless the operator and its creator from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable defense costs) arising from the user's misuse of the content, from providing third-party data without consent, or from breach of these terms.
10.6. User representations. By accepting these terms, the user represents that: (i) they meet the minimum age set out in clause 11; (ii) they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms, including this disclaimer; (iii) they understand the symbolic, reflective and entertainment nature of the product; and (iv) they assume sole responsibility for their use of the content and for any decisions resulting from it.
10.7. Mandatory-law savings and severability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liabilities or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. If any provision of this section is held invalid, unfair or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be construed and reduced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. All limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1. Legal age to purchase. To purchase and use the service you must be of legal age (at least 18 years old). Only adults may acquire our products.
11.2. Recipients under 18. You may acquire a Manual for a person under 18 (for example, as a gift). In that case, the minor's use of the Manual must take place under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
11.3. Protection of minors' data. In compliance with data-protection law, we do not knowingly process personal data of persons under 13 (or 16 if they are in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland). See also our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your place of residence.
We may update these terms. We'll publish the current version on this page with an updated date; substantial changes will be communicated where appropriate.
